Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency, RPO, MSP or internal talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
• Commercial acumen and track record of achieving targets.
• Knowledge of employment awards, compliance and recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and attraction through to offer management, onboarding and post-placement support.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment best practice advice and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and market insights.
• Establish trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders with a consultative approach.
• Ensure compliance, maintain records, manage onboarding activities and support governance and reporting obligations.
• Contribute to team and individual performance targets while demonstrating market expertise and delivering outcomes.
