Job summary

Detmold Group in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function and help shape the future workforce of our organisation.

Reporting to the Regional People & Performance Manager, you will drive end-to-end recruitment, develop innovative sourcing strategies, manage senior and executive appointments, and coach a small team of Recruitment Officers while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment within a large organisation.
• Experience leading recruitment across functions and levels including executive appointments.
• Strong consultative approach; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, attraction, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on detailed briefs and executive recruitment end-to-end.
• Drive improvement across recruitment processes and candidate experience.
