Job summary

Detmold Group, a global, family-owned leader in sustainable paper and packaging, seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function in Adelaide. You will headline end-to-end recruitment across roles, build strong pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to shape the workforce.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment within a large organisation.
• Experience leading recruitment across functions and levels, including senior and executive appointments.
• Strong consultative approach with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience coaching and developing a recruitment team.
• Experience improving candidate experience and onboarding from recruitment through to onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools; expertise in talent attraction and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition across a broad portfolio of roles.
• Develop sourcing and attraction strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on job briefs and sourcing for senior/executive roles.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and onboarding.
• Lead and develop a small team of Recruitment Officers.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and recruitment advertising budgets.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and uphold employer brand.
