people2people is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to run end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced client environment operating under an RPO/CMO model. You will partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver quality talent quickly, compliantly and with confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across agency, in-house or RPO.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and build trusted partnerships.
• Commercial acumen with capability to provide market insights and salary benchmarking.
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job brief to commencement across multiple roles and specialisations.
• Build sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines aligned to market conditions.
• Partner with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor on market insights and risk management.
• Lead offer management including candidate engagement and negotiation.
• Deliver reporting and insights on pipeline, time-to-fill and outcomes.
• Ensure governance: compliance, approvals, role grading and recruitment records.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate/stakeholder experience.
• Coach and support 1 direct report (Talent Acquisition Coordinator).

What you’ll be doing:

• Coach and support 1 direct report (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)
