Tandem Partners is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a driven Talent Partner across Australia and New Zealand. This hands-on role offers ownership of a high-volume portfolio and close collaboration with leaders across a broad operational workforce.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management and build talent pipelines across multiple sites throughout ANZ. Hybrid work setup with 3 days in the office.

About the Organisation

We're partnering with a well-established national organisation that operates across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth and hiring demand, they're looking for a driven Talent Partner to join their established Talent Acquisition team.

This is a genuinely hands-on recruitment role, offering ownership of a high-volume portfolio while partnering closely with leaders across a broad operational workforce. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management and building talent pipelines across multiple sites throughout ANZ.

About the Role

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you'll manage a dedicated portfolio of vacancies across Australia and New Zealand, partnering closely with operational and business leaders to deliver recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruitment across a national portfolio


• Managing high-volume recruitment activity across blue-collar and operational roles


• Proactive sourcing and talent pooling for hard-to-fill positions


• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders


• Providing market insights and recruitment advice


• Managing agency relationships where required


• Conducting screening, interviewing and candidate management


• Supporting workforce planning and ongoing talent attraction initiatives


• Driving a positive candidate and stakeholder experience

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment environments


• Strong blue-collar recruitment experience (essential)


• Internal or agency recruitment experience managing large vacancy volumes


• Proven sourcing and talent pipelining capability


• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities


• A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, communicates regularly with stakeholders and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves to find talent in a competitive market.

This role is well-suited to a high-volume blue-collar agency recruiter looking to transition into an internal Talent Partner role.
