My Guardian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive our headcount growth and onboard top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding aged care and disability services.

This full-time, onsite role at our head office in Sydney Olympic Park involves sourcing candidates from job boards and networks, conducting sharp interviews, partnering with Hiring Managers on market trends, and guiding offers through to onboarding, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment within Aged Care, NDIS, Healthcare, or Community Services.
• Excellent data management, documentation, and multi-step processes.
• High energy, resilient, and able to prioritise competing hiring needs while maintaining quality.
• Familiarity with ATS/HR platforms and social sourcing.
• Natural communicator, able to engage candidates quickly and build trust with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Source: Hunt for top talent via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen: Conduct sharp phone and in-person interviews to assess fit.
• Partner: Collaborate with Hiring Managers on gaps and market trends.
• Close: Manage offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding hand-off.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our headcount growth, engaging and on-boarding top-tier talent to meet the organisation’s needs.

• Source: Hunt for top talent using job boards, social media, and your own creative networking strategies.
• Screen: Conduct sharp phone and in-person interviews to find the perfect cultural and technical fit.
• Partner: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their gaps and advise on market trends.
• Close: Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and ensure a seamless hand-off to on-boarding.

About you

You’re a strategic, highly empathetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll likely have:

• Proven track record in high-volume internal or agency recruitment, ideally within the Aged Care, NDIS, Healthcare, or Community Services sectors.
• Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing data, documentation, and multi-step processes.
• High energy, resilient, and capable of prioritising competing hiring needs without sacrificing candidate quality or compliance.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR platforms and social sourcing.
• Natural communicator with the ability to engage candidates quickly and build trust with internal hiring teams.
