Job summary

Estia Health in Melbourne West is seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with care leaders. This is a true end-to-end role where you will manage a portfolio of homes, implement our recruitment strategy, and ensure processes and compliance are followed.

You will post ads, source proactively, run campaigns, conduct phone screens, shortlist and schedule interviews, perform background checks, manage offers and contracts, and take part in recruitment days and expos, with Workday as your ATS.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience.
• High volume recruitment experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns.
• Strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems – Workday.

About the role

About the role This is a true end-to-end recruitment role where you will partner closely with leaders in our homes in Melbourne West. In this role you will manage a portfolio of homes and lead the implementation of our recruitment strategy and ensure processes and compliance are adhered to. This role will include posting job ads, proactive sourcing, managing campaigns, phone screen interviews, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, background/reference checks, managing job offers and contracts. You will also be involved in recruitment open days and careers expos.

Requirements

• Significant recruitment experience.
• High volume recruitment experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns.
• A strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with current technology (including MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems – we use Workday).
