Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Melbourne West network of homes. You will partner with home leaders, manage a portfolio of sites, and drive implementation of our recruitment strategy while ensuring compliant processes.

You will handle posting ads, proactive sourcing, phone screens, shortlisting, interview scheduling, checks, offers, and contracts, and participate in recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience.
• High volume recruitment experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns.
• Strong work ethic with drive to deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Post job ads and proactively source candidates.
• Manage recruitment campaigns and scheduling of interviews.
• Screen candidates via phone screens and shortlisting.
• Coordinate background/reference checks and job offers/contracts.
• Contribute to recruitment open days and careers expos.

About the role

This is a true end-to-end recruitment role where you will partner closely with leaders in our homes in Melbourne West. In this role you will manage a portfolio of homes and lead the implementation of our recruitment strategy and ensure processes and compliance are adhered to.

This role will include posting job ads, proactive sourcing, managing campaigns, phone screen interviews, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, background/reference checks, managing job offers and contracts. You will also be involved in recruitment open days and careers expos.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Significant recruitment experience. High volume recruitment experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns.
• A strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with current technology (including MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems - we use Workday).
