A leading financial services company in Australia seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across a dynamic portfolio. Partnering closely with hiring managers, divisional leaders, and the broader People & Culture team, you’ll ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, from workforce planning through to onboarding.

Please note, this is an initial 12-month max-term contract, open to 4-5 days per week, and flexible on location for the right person (ideally Melbourne and surrounds, Albury, or Tasmania).

What will your typical week look like?

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening through to offer management
• Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing and building strong talent pipelines
• Coach and mentor stakeholders and team members
• Provide reporting and analytics to support decision-making
• Lead and support talent acquisition projects and capability development

Let’s talk about you

The successful person will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in recruitment within professional services or financial services
• Expertise in proactive sourcing and use of AI tools
• Familiarity with ATS and candidate management systems
• Understanding of compliance and talent acquisition fundamentals
• Experience in EVP and TA marketing campaigns (highly regarded)
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
