Findex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a trusted adviser to hiring managers and the People & Culture team. You will craft proactive sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and manage end-to-end recruitment across Australia, with hybrid work and a focus on candidate experience.

You will leverage AI tools, report on talent insights, and contribute to EVP and TA campaigns while collaborating with senior stakeholders and project teams.
