Coles Group is seeking a Systems Lead within our Supply Chain team in Melbourne. You will shape the systems that support our automated distribution centres (ADCs), lead a four-person team, and collaborate with ADC Operations, Coles Technology and external partners to strengthen cyber governance and system performance.

• Extensive experience leading systems or technology teams in supply chain.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, especially WITRON.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement using data.

Responsabilités

• Build and embed new systems frameworks, standards and processes across ADC operations.
• Lead design, development, testing and optimization of technical services.
• Govern system releases, deployments, risks and dependencies.
• Own testing strategies and uplift capability for security and governance.
• Partner with WITRON and internal teams to improve system effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a four-person team and drive continuous improvement.
