Coles Group is seeking a Procurement Category Manager for Technology Workforce in Melbourne. You will lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations for technology consulting and workforce services, partnering with technology leaders to optimise supplier relationships and deliver cost-effective outcomes.

Reporting to the Procurement team, you will develop category strategies, drive supplier performance, and manage complex negotiations to support Coles Group's technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology procurement or workforce services within a large organisation.
• Ability to develop and execute category strategies delivering commercial value.
• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing processes (RFPs, tendering, evaluations).
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across technology services portfolios.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive performance and value.
• Lead competitive sourcing processes including RFPs and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior Technology stakeholders to shape supplier decisions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimise supplier models.
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives with strong governance.
