Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a CI Lead for our automated fulfilment network in Melbourne. You will partner with the CFC leadership and WooliesX to identify and implement automation and process improvements that boost safety, efficiency and quality with a team-first, customer-first mindset.

You will lead root-cause investigations, develop initiatives, and work with Knapp on PLC/SCADA systems. This role requires Lean Six Sigma certification, experience in automated FMCG environments, and strong

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma certified (Green or Black) is required or preferred.
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies in automated environments.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to plan and execute improvements in complex operations.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a CI team to monitor performance trends and drive RCA.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and automation solutions.
Fault-find and resolve issues across automation systems and software.
Collaborate with Knapp to assess PLC/SCADA and propose changes.
Present impact analyses and support training to embed change.
Contribute to system testing, readiness, commissioning, and drafting SOPs.
