Ausgrid is seeking a Systems Lead to shape the performance and future direction of critical business systems. You will collaborate with leaders to uncover insights, drive improvements, and translate data into actionable decisions across regulatory and customer needs.

With a strong focus on analytics, you’ll manage system enhancements and ensure stakeholders receive clear, trusted insights, contributing to sustained value from systems and data.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with D365 Field Service or similar field-service management systems.
• Extensive domain experience with product/system knowledge.
• Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and analytics tools.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and report trends clearly.
• Understanding end-to-end work processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience developing systems, policies and procedures to improve operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship ability.
• Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail.
