Ausgrid is seeking a Systems Lead in Sydney to shape performance of core business systems and enable data-driven decisions across our operations. You will analyze data, drive improvements, and lead system enhancements to meet regulatory and customer needs.

You will collaborate with leaders to translate complex information into actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and guide stakeholders through change with clear communication and robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with D365 Field Service, Works Management Systems or similar field-work management tech.
• Extensive domain experience and/or product knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office literacy and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling large data sets and reporting trends clearly.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end work processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience developing systems, policies and workplace instructions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship building.
• Proactive, detail‑focused with initiative.
