Job summary

Ausgrid is seeking a Systems Lead to shape performance and direction of key business systems that support Australia’s east coast electricity distribution. You’ll work with leaders across the business to uncover insights, drive improvement, and influence strategic decisions through analytics, reporting, and BI.

You’ll lead system enhancements, optimise processes, and ensure systems adapt to changing regulatory and customer needs. Strong communication will align teams and drive value.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience with D365 Field Service, Works Management Systems or similar technology.
• Advanced analytics and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements of critical business systems.
• Drive process optimisation and ensure systems evolve with business needs.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
