Job summary

Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage and optimise student management systems, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance and streamlined processes. You will work across SMS, InPlace, JIRA and My eQuals, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities include data integrity across systems, producing regulatory reports, developing Power BI dashboards, and delivering training to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Student Management Systems (SMS) and data in higher education.
• Experience with TCSI reporting: data preparation, validation, submission and error resolution.
• Experience with Meshed RTO Manager and JIRA or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting with Excel and Power BI or Tableau.
• Attention to detail and data integrity across multiple systems.
• Ability to translate technical info into clear guidance for non‑technical staff.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support student and business systems (SMS, InPlace, JIRA, My eQuals).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Produce scheduled and ad-hoc operational and regulatory reports including Power BI dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements (TCSI, QILT) with data prep and submission.
• Monitor data reporting needs to identify trends and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain system documentation, guides and process manuals.
• Deliver staff training to promote consistent system usage.
