Bega Group is recruiting a Systems Analyst to drive continuous improvement by aligning technical capabilities with business requirements. You will coordinate UAT, configure enterprise systems, and support data governance while delivering clear documentation and training to empower users.

Qualifications

Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Strong data analysis, governance, and UAT coordination skills are required.
Ability to document clearly and train users to drive system adoption.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes; translate regulatory needs into system improvements.
Configure Quality/Laboratory Management Systems via low-code solutions and data updates.
Maintain data integrity, quality, and security through audits and governance.
Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support release implementations.
Develop user documentation and training to drive system adoption.
