Job summary

Talenza is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a growing Technology team in Australia. The role combines application support, systems analysis and technical troubleshooting to keep business-critical systems performing optimally.

You will investigate software bugs, support releases, test new functionality and help with data fixes and scripting, while working with product and development teams to broaden your technical exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex issues across applications and data.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs and scripting is advantageous.

Job description

We're partnering with an established Australian organisation to recruit a Systems Analyst into their growing Technology team.

This is a hands-on role combining application support, systems analysis and technical troubleshooting. You'll be responsible for investigating application and data issues, resolving support requests and ensuring business-critical systems continue to perform effectively.

Working within a collaborative technology environment, you'll support a broad suite of business applications while working closely with product, development and other technical teams.

You'll investigate software bugs and system issues, support releases and new functionality, perform testing and verification, and help ensure changes transition smoothly into production. You'll also have the opportunity to work with predefined and custom data-repair scripts, contribute to technical documentation and get involved in broader BAU technology initiatives.

This is a particularly good opportunity for someone looking to move beyond traditional application support and develop greater exposure to development practices, integrations, APIs and scripting.

About You

• You'll ideally have experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst or similar, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate complex application and data issues.
• Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, MuleSoft, UiPath, ABBYY OCR or scripting/data fixes would be highly regarded, along with strong stakeholder communication and an ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
