Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments. You will build, configure, test and deploy across Windows, Unix, Linux, and virtualised platforms, aligning with project requirements and security standards.

Collaborate with project managers, architects and cybersecurity specialists to deliver resilient solutions, drive automation, and continuously improve operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration or similar enterprise role.
• Knowledge of Windows, Unix and Linux OS lifecycle management.
• Understanding of core infra services: AD, DNS, DHCP, networking, storage, authentication, monitoring.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security, patch management and compliance.
• Ability to document technical processes and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test and deploy infrastructure across Windows, Unix, Linux and cloud.
• Support migrations, cloud adoption, and platform modernization programs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, cybersecurity, vendors and ops teams.
• Improve operations through automation and standardisation.
