The System Administrator - Client, Clinical and Quality Systems is responsible for the effective management and continuous improvement of PRONIA's client, clinical, quality and operational information systems, including Visual Care.
Working collaboratively with operational leaders, the role ensures systems support high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and positive participant outcomes.
The role will provide expert advice on business systems, analyse business requirements and lead the implementation of system improvements that enhance workflows, data quality and organisational performance.
You will play a key role in ensuring PRONIA's systems remain secure, reliable and aligned with legislative requirements, funding obligations and organisational priorities.
