The Client Services Representative Team at DPV provides services to both staff and external clients. The team is often the first point of contact for DPV clients and is committed to providing its services with professionalism, quality and efficiency.

We are recruiting a 12 months contract position of Client Services Representative to work across a variety DPV Health sites who will ensure service delivery at reception is delivered in a professional, proficient and caring manner to staff members and clients of DPV Health.

Applicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products and highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries.

Your ability to adapt to new information technology systems as well as your ability to relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.

The fine print
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
  • Full driver license and travel between sites required.
