Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a Systems and Administration Officer to lead the customer service team across Community Law Enforcement and Waste services, guiding staff and improving processes for accurate and timely assistance.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, manage rosters, and oversee records, timesheets and after-hours call-outs, ensuring high standards of service and consistent outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer service teams in local government or similar environment.
• Ability to coach staff and identify training needs.
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
