Job summary

Randstad, on behalf of a growing FMCG business in Melbourne's North Western suburbs, seeks a Systems Accountant to optimise the NetSuite environment and drive ERP improvements. The role bridges finance and operations, delivering data-driven insights and streamlined process flows.

You will partner with accounting, manufacturing and logistics to implement automation, enhance reporting and improve inventory and costing accuracy in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in complex distribution/logistics environments, food manufacturing, or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience navigating and optimizing NetSuite.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Forward-thinking mindset with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day optimization of the NetSuite environment, ensuring data integrity and streamlined financial processes.
• Identify and implement automation within the ERP ecosystem to improve reporting, forecasting, and accounting workflows.
• Partner with operations, manufacturing and logistics leads to translate business needs into optimized system configurations.
• Provide high-level analytical support through inventory accounting, standard product costing, factory variances, and supply chain financial tracking.
