Job summary

Randstad Australia, partnering with a growing FMCG organisation in Melbourne’s North Western suburbs, is seeking a forward-thinking Systems Accountant. You will drive optimisation of the NetSuite environment and bridge finance with operations through hands-on ERP work.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will lead data integrity, automate reporting, and collaborate with manufacturing, logistics and supply chain teams to translate business needs into efficient system configurations.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years in complex distribution/logistics or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience navigating and optimizing NetSuite.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day optimisation of the NetSuite environment and data integrity.
• Identify and implement ERP automation for reporting and forecasting.
• Partner with operations, manufacturing, and logistics to translate requirements into configurations.
• Provide analytical support for inventory accounting, standard costing, variances, and supply chain finance.
