Job summary

Melton City Council is seeking a System Application Support Officer on a full-time fixed-term 12-month contract to support and optimise our TechnologyOne OneCouncil platform. You will configure systems, troubleshoot issues, train users and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to plan and manage updates.

• Three years or more experience in IT support or system administration.
• Experience with the Microsoft tech stack: SQL databases, PowerShell and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the TechnologyOne OneCouncil platform across the Council environment.
• Provide onsite and remote software application support for SaaS and non-SaaS software in test and production environments, plus network issue support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate to higher-level support when needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to plan, test and manage updates and enhancements.
