Job summary

A local government council is looking for an Application Support Analyst to manage and support various business information applications within the Microsoft tech stack. The hybrid role requires strong system administration skills, experience with ERP systems, and familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory. About the Role

Hybrid role as Application Support Analyst. Contract length: Jan to April 26. Requires experience in support and system administration, configuration, administration, and maintenance of business information applications within the Microsoft tech stack (e.g., SQL databases, PowerShell and APIs).

Responsibilities

• Experience managing ERP and other enterprise systems (Infor Pathway & Technology One One Council platforms desirable).
• Experience in recognising and seeking to resolve issues impacting on system performance and make recommendations for solutions that meet operational needs.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Application Deployment.
• Experience and certification in ITILv4 practices (desirable).
• Working with local government corporate software, including Infor Pathway, Technology One OneCouncil Finance, Purchasing & Contracts, OpenText Content Manager, Aurion Payroll, Info IPS Hansen.
• Working with local government applications that support Council’s services including city and building management, early years and children services, health services, aged care services, arts, events, libraries, aquatics and leisure centres.
• Working with Microsoft-based services including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform and Dynamics.
• Application support experience with service desk management platforms and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with experience in application services setting.

Pay range and compensation package

Rates – $49/hr incl super.
