Job summary

Melton City Council is transforming its technology environment through Phase 2 of the TCP, focusing on modernising applications and improving operational efficiency. The System Application Support Officer will configure, troubleshoot, train users, and coordinate with the vendor to manage issues, updates and enhancements.

You will ensure smooth operations, support tech integrations, and work within a collaborative team dedicated to continuous improvement across the council.

Qualifications

• Three years or more experience in IT support or system administration.
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack including SQL, PowerShell, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of the TechnologyOne OneCouncil platform.
• Provide onsite and remote software application support for SaaS and non-SaaS
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver process improvements.
