Moreton ATSICHS invites applications for the System and Service Improvement General Manager role in Strathpine, Queensland. This 2-year fixed term contract leads system and service improvement across the organisation with a focus on community voice, cultural safety, clinical quality and service effectiveness.

You will translate evidence, data and lived experience into practical improvements, drive accountable governance, and report on funding compliance and program outcomes for our community.

Working within MATSICHS, the role will lead a system and service improvement agenda that places community voice, self-determination, cultural safety, clinical quality and service effectiveness at the centre of system design and decision-making.
