Job summary

LAI Group in Melbourne is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the IT team at our Epping office. This full-time role offers a 38-hour week with guaranteed overtime and a total annual package of AUD 85,000–93,000 including overtime.

You will design, troubleshoot, maintain and support LAI’s IT systems, intranet and data security, collaborating across departments and contributing to system improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain LAI's intranet and IT naming conventions.
• Establish maintenance and recovery procedures to ensure system security.
• Prepare and submit documentation and guidelines for approval.
• Ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Assist in debugging and problem resolution.
