Assembly Label is seeking a Senior Client Stylist to lead private styling appointments in Sydney, delivering a refined luxury client experience and mentoring the team. You will combine commercial drive with emotional intelligence to create unforgettable moments for each client.

With 3+ years in premium retail, you’ll manage appointments, exceed sales targets through exceptional service, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance boutique culture while maintaining flawless presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager, Senior Stylist or luxury retail leader.
• Minimum 3 years in premium retail or luxury fashion focused on service.
• Confident communicator capable of building trust and relationships.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Senior Stylist, Department Manager or high-performing luxury retail professional.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in premium retail, luxury fashion, beauty or another client-focused environment where exceptional service is paramount.
• A confident communicator who can build trust quickly and create meaningful client relationships.
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine passion for luxury retail, styling and people.
• A collaborative leader who enjoys supporting, mentoring and celebrating the success of those around them.
