Tranzformd in Sydney is seeking a Director to lead and grow our transformation consulting practice. You will shape growth strategy, expand market presence and build trusted executive relationships across key clients and industries.

You will sponsor major programs from strategy through realization, oversee complex engagements and drive delivery excellence while shaping the future direction of the practice. This role operates at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management consulting or transformation leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong capability to build senior executive relationships and advise C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in business development, account growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements with C-suite executives to shape enterprise transformation agendas.
• Drive practice growth, develop new opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Provide transformation leadership from strategy through benefits realization.
• Build capability, mentor leaders and scale consulting teams.
• Represent the firm in market networks and partner with leadership to set direction.
