Job summary

Project Pathway Recruitment in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an ambitious advisory professional to deliver real impact across transformation programmes and operating model improvements. You will work alongside senior leadership on major change initiatives, solving problems, engaging stakeholders, and delivering key milestones with a hands-on approach.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in consulting or change, with a commercial mindset focused on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management.
• Big 4 background highly desired but not mandatory.
• Experience operating across change management, operating model design or transformation.
• Strong communicator with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast moving environments.
• Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes.
• Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working.
• Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings.
• Produce analysis, presentations and high quality deliverables.
• Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery.
• Support internal initiatives and new business proposals.
• Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified.
