Job summary

Tranzformd is seeking a PMO Lead on a 9-month contract to work with one of our clients in Sydney. You will drive portfolio governance, reporting, planning and delivery support across multiple initiatives, collaborating with project and business stakeholders.

You will bring experience in PMO settings, strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage several workstreams concurrently. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to enhance PMO processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, project coordination or PMO lead capacity.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience preparing governance packs, reporting and project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio governance and reporting activities
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Prepare executive-level reporting and status updates
• Monitor project performance and delivery metrics
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings
• Maintain project documentation and PMO standards
• Assist with resource planning, financial tracking and forecasting
• Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes
