Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Territory Manager in Sydney to drive revenue growth across academia, medical research institutes, biotech, pharma, and private & public laboratories. You will build strong customer partnerships and provide high-quality technical and commercial support.

You will lead in-field engagements, deliver product demonstrations, manage pipelines with CRM, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns. Regional travel and a proactive, value-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.
• 2+ years of commercial sales or technical field experience in Life Sciences preferred.
• Sales-driven, customer-centric mindset with value delivery to researchers and lab managers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commercial acumen.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics) and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally, with possible interstate or international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive Regional Revenue by winning new greenfield business and expanding key accounts.
• In-Field Customer Engagement with high-frequency, face-to-face interactions.
• Deliver technical and commercial advice with product training to stay expert on the portfolio.
• Manage pipelines and CRM to track opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
