Job summary

Tabit Australia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Sydney to drive new business and build strategic partnerships within the hospitality sector. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close, while delivering exceptional value to clients.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in direct sales within Australian restaurants, strong POS/payments knowledge, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct B2B sales in the Australian restaurant/hospitality sector.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and POS/payments.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close deals.
• Sydney-based; willing to travel within Australia; right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop partnerships with local vendors and restaurants to expand the network.
• Deliver product demonstrations and compelling proposals.
• Maintain Salesforce records and forecast accuracy.
• Develop territory growth strategies and meet/exceed sales targets.
