Job summary

Triniteq POS is seeking a Sales Manager to lead from the front, win deals, and build a high-performing sales team across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. You will personally close key deals while recruiting and coaching your squad to meet ambitious targets.

You will manage your pipeline end-to-end, collaborate with payment & integration partners, and leverage AI and modern tools to drive efficiency. A lean, autonomous mindset is essential for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing deals and managing a pipeline.
• Confident presenting to executives and decision makers at major hospitality groups.
• Resilient and able to lead in a lean team.
• Experience recruiting and leading a sales team is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit your own sales team, choosing the people you want to build success with.
• Lead, coach and develop your team to hit their targets.
• Manage your own pipeline, from first conversation through to close.
• Win and grow major accounts with large hospitality groups, as well as independent venues.
• Work closely with our payment and integration partners.
• Make full use of modern sales tools, including AI, to work smarter and help your team do the same.
• Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date, and report on pipeline and performance.
• Help shape our sales strategy as we grow.
