Job summary

• Experience with railway communications and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, on-call, shift-based and onsite technical support for CCS and COM systems within the MTS service environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, health checks, diagnostics and reliability improvements.
• Carry out corrective maintenance including fault diagnosis, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support system upgrades, equipment replacement and software updates.
• Maintain maintenance records and customer communications with regular status updates.
