Job summary

alt/shift/ is a Sydney-based independent creative communications agency seeking a PR and Influencer Account Executive to work across consumer brands. The role focuses on building relationships with Australian media and digital creators, executing campaigns and supporting client work.

You will handle pitches, influencer and ambassador management, media calls, and WIPs, ensuring campaigns run on time and within KPIs. A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Marketing/PR/Journalism/Digital
• Experience in journalism or publicity roles
• 1–2 years PR agency or in-house experience
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns across social, events, editorial or influencers
• Growing network of Australian media contacts
• Strategic thinker contributing ideas to campaigns
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Identify media and social trends and write angles
• Uncompromising attention to detail
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise
• Team player who delivers exceptional results

Responsibilities

• Executing campaigns and retainer work including pitching, influencer/ambassador management, shoots, media calls
• Campaign support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and KPI alignment
• Client support with WIPs, briefs and responses; building media knowledge
• Admin: organised file management, timesheets and delivery of WIP docs and meeting notes
