Job summary

alt/shift/ is seeking an Account Manager with PR heritage to join our Sydney and Melbourne teams. You will manage campaigns across traditional earned media and socials, lead client WIPs, and coordinate events and influencer activities.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong media relationships, and delivering exceptional results for clients while guiding a collaborative team in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Marketing/PR/Journ alism preferred.
• 3+ years in PR with agency or in-house background.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns across channels.
• Strong media contacts in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns and retainers including pitching, influencer/ambassador management, media calls.
• Plan and support events from styling to materials and production days.
• Lead client WIPs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage client briefs and responses with strong media knowledge.
• Maintain organised file management and accurate time records.
