Job summary

The IMPACT Agency in Pyrmont (Hybrid) is seeking a PR Account Executive to join our Consumer Team. You will manage integrated campaigns across earned, owned and influencer channels, developing pitches and building client relationships while delivering impactful stories for well-known brands.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in PR, strong writing and media relations skills, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers career progression, training allowances and a supportive, flexible work culture.

Qualifications

• Around 1-2 years' experience in a PR agency, including internship experience.
• Strong writing, communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience or interest in media relations, social media and influencer engagement.
• Confidence building relationships with clients, media and teammates.
• Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Curiosity about culture, communications and emerging technologies.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn and grow.
• A qualification in PR, Communication or a related discipline is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Executive, you'll play an active role in delivering integrated communications programs across earned, owned and influencer channels.
• Support day-to-day client account management and campaign delivery.
• Develop media pitches and secure earned media opportunities.
• Build relationships with journalists, creators and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate influencer programs from research through to execution.
• Create social content, manage content calendars and develop assets using Canva.
• Contribute to campaign planning, storytelling and strategic recommendations.
• Explore new communications tools, platforms and AI-enabled approaches.
