Job summary

Ray White Projects is seeking a high-performing Project Sales Agent to represent a portfolio of premium residential developments across Sydney, spanning off-the-plan and completed projects. The role is full-time and on-site in Sydney, with responsibilities covering the full sales cycle from lead to contract.

You will manage buyers, conduct inspections, present project features and pricing, and guide purchasers through the buying journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project sales and off-the-plan residential property.
Strong record of buyer management, prospecting and sales conversion.
Understanding of the off-the-plan purchasing process.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
Knowledge of Sydney's residential property market.
Disciplined CRM follow-up and reporting.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage buyers and maintain consistent follow-up.
Prospect and qualify new and existing leads.
Generate appointments and convert inspections into sales.
Conduct display suite, completed apartment and on-site inspections.
Present project features, pricing and opportunities clearly.
Guide buyers through the off-the-plan sales journey from enquiry to contract.
Liaise with buyers' agents and referral partners.
Support negotiations, sales documentation and contract progression.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales reporting.
Collaborate with development and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing releases.
