Job summary

R.E Talent is recruiting for an on-site sales role in Sydney, focused on guiding purchasers through the full sales journey from initial enquiry to exchange and settlement. You will work within display suites, five days a week with Saturday and Sunday on-site work, and two weekdays off.

Ideal candidates have residential project sales experience, strong communication and closing skills, and a current NSW Real Estate Licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential project sales or off-the-plan sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage buyer follow-up and pipeline work.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and qualify prospective purchasers.
• Understand buyer requirements and recommend suitable apartments.
• Follow up leads and maintain purchaser database.
• Manage end-to-end sales transactions from inquiry to exchange and settlement.
• Maintain accurate purchaser information and pipeline reporting in the CRM.
• Provide buyer feedback, market insights and sales reports.
