Job summary

Rexel Australia Hindmarsh branch is seeking a customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will build strong relationships with customers over the phone, via email and at the trade counter, using product knowledge to identify opportunities and provide practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A genuine interest in customer service and sales.
• Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional and accurate service to customers via phone, email and in person
• Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly
• Follow up quotations and customer enquiries to support sales growth
• Building strong relationships with customers and developing a clear understanding of their needs
• Supporting the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
• Helping maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations
