Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll teams in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop payroll staff.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of contractor payroll across ANZ.
• Coach and support payroll team members.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and processed within deadlines.
• Support invoicing, reconciliations, accruals and statutory reporting.
• Improve payroll processes and automate where possible.
• Provide technical payroll guidance to the wider team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and other stakeholders.
