Job summary

Smile Partners Australia is seeking a proactive partnerships professional to grow referrals across Sydney and nearby areas. You will cultivate trust with dentists, practice managers and schools, and you will represent the brand at community events and CPD sessions.

Expect frequent practice visits, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, and input into local offers. A driver’s license and drive across Sydney are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental or orthodontic practice preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with dentists, practice managers and frontline staff.
• Organised with the capacity to manage visits, events and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with dental practices.
• Visit Sydney practice areas and occasional Central Coast trips.
• Connect with schools, local businesses and communities.
• Help run events, workshops and CPD sessions.
• Shape local offers and promotional materials.
• Log visits and referrals in CRM to track impact.
