Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Customer Success experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and implement setup.
• Help customers maximize value from Teamtailor and training opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor and drive renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor accounts to identify churn risk and mitigate it.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights internally.
• Collaborate to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
