Job summary

Altios in Sydney seeks a Corporate Services Manager to oversee governance, compliance and company secretarial activities for Australian operations. You will lead a team of 4, coordinate board and shareholder meetings, and support clients with corporate requirements.

You are a senior professional with 5+ years in corporate services, BAS Agent registration, and strong knowledge of ASIC and Australian regulatory obligations in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate services, governance, compliance or company secretarial activities in Australia with BAS Agent registration.
• Strong knowledge of Australian corporate and regulatory requirements, including ASIC.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, autonomous and client-oriented, comfortable in an international environment and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, compliance and company secretarial activities, including Board and shareholder meetings, resolutions, statutory filings and regulatory submissions.
• Advise management on governance and compliance matters and provide corporate and legal support to clients.
• Lead, develop and support a 4-person Corporate Services team, set KPIs and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, banks, government authorities, regulators and external advisors.
• Collaborate with Country Manager and APAC CFO to manage Australian operations and compliance with Corporations Act and ASIC obligations.
