Job summary

McNab Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Sydney office and delivery teams, overseeing multiple projects from planning through to delivery while upholding safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will mentor Project Managers, leverage local market knowledge to win repeat business, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors across the Group while championing McNab’s culture.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as Construction/Operations Manager with a commercial D&C builder overseeing multiple projects from planning through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney industrial construction market with established relationships across clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sydney office and delivery teams from planning through to delivery, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, building cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Drive business growth by leveraging local connections and identifying repeat opportunities.
