Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a well-established commercial construction client in Sydney. This role supports Project Managers across multiple projects, coordinating documentation, RFIs, procurement and communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will join a busy delivery team on Sydney projects, with opportunities to develop your career in the construction industry. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with up to AUD 110k + Super.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Coordinator/Administrator in construction.
• Exposure to commercial construction projects.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience with construction management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers across multiple commercial construction projects.
• Coordinating project documentation, including contracts, variations, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinating communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Managing RFIs, purchase orders and project correspondence.
• Assisting with procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
• Preparing reports, meeting minutes and project updates.
• Monitoring project budgets, variations and key project milestones.
• Providing general administrative and coordination support to the project delivery team.
